Bill Graham Presents printed its own concert tickets in the days before computers and bar codes, and many of these tickets are now considered exceptional works of art in their own right. Small facsimiles or derivations of the show's promotional posters, they were typically color-coded to indicate multi-night engagements, and matched sets of these concert tickets tell the story of a bygone era when major performers played extended, single-venue engagements.
