Fantastic concert! I bought the "After Dark" record when it came iut and have wonderful memories of playin?it LOUUUUD!!!!!

The Cruzados too-brief existence shines bright in this show. This show was recorded after the release of their second (full) album, "After Dark," which was overproduced and inferior to its first album, "Cruzados." But the guitar work in this concert is excellent. I don't know if original guitarist, Steven Hufsteter, who played to such great effect on the first album (as well as choice cuts from the "Repo Man" soundtrack) is playing in this concert, but if he isn't, it's pretty darn close, and recaptures the entrancing sound of the first album. For fans of the band, who've had to make due since its breakup in 1990 with a repackaging of alternate takes from their two albums, a couple of soundtrack cuts in "From Dust to Dawn" and an album by Tito and the Tarantulas, this concert is a welcome addition. Here's hoping Wolfgang's can get approval to sell it, too.
