Forgive my lameness... I meant "Festival Express", not "Carnival Express". Fine distinction, given the recreational spirit on that train.

One of the bhest concerts ever recorded by some of the greatest artists.

This is one of the great Joni Mitchell songs that eventiually evolved into "Harry's House." One of my all time favorties.

The Last Waltz transformed my musical tastes. It knocked me off my feet. I am glad to have this concert available in raw form. I wonder if any of the Carnival Express concerts are on here?

This original source material is far better than the heavily overdubbed and edited LP/CD/DVD release as it transports the evening's music in a facinatingly authentic and raw way. What a magnificient opportunity to discover the real thing. Many thanks to WV for releasing this material, which had been around on bootlegs for years but which had never been made available in this convenient way.
