Penelope was/is incredible. And how fucking damn good is that band? I love having this available because I get to turn my 21 year old daughter that is into music, onto a great fucking band.

I didn't go to this show gut the Avengers ruled Winterland that night from the footage and audio I've experienced.

Thanks so much for making this recording available. I only discovered your site last week, and I was amazed to find The Avengers featured there. I had only heard one of their songs off a punk compilation my friend has (not featured on this recording), and I had been wanting to hear more.

Well love the summary!!!Punk isn't my cup 'o tea mates but over the years I've softened towards the Clash,Talking heads,Johnny Rotten{for entertainment/humor}Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the Sexual Small Hand Gun band's afformentioned guitarist Steve Jones also abig part of Southern Death Cult Jam's{or The Cult's}musical history? If so.....for me that's right where he needed/needs to be.Any audio of Mr.Graham's opinion of this gig after the show?As always good job VaultKeeper's-;.},GTRZAN
