Was the October 1970 high school concert Columbia High in Decatur GA? My friend Chuck was 1 year too young to attend. He stood just outside all night, groovin.

Nobody makes music like this anymore. Great to hear the great jam artist again -- 1/10/10 Oldman G.

I taped this live off of KSAN in San Francisco, 'til I ran out of tape in the middle of Bo Diddley. Great to hear all of it again after 36 years!
Caught on this same aircheck is Dusty Street doing the station ID and the father of the free-form underground AOR FM radio station format, Tom Donahue. For more info check out http://www.jive95.com
This is a great piece of music and broadcast history.

the post here on the dude slippin drugs to Gregg is classic. That sounds to me like one of those classic lot stories that you swear whoever you heard it from was being dead honest and you locked that story into the vault to be let out years later as a privileged and validated exclusive piece of insider knowledge. I love it. I have some too! Nonetheless, this show is packed with more energy and rock n roll invention that i can claim i have ever been able to witness in my 15 yrs of seeking the ultimate live experience. My parents and their friends were lucky, we right now can only emulate the vibe and meaning this music had and did for so many to free themselves from the conformity elder-society tried to enforce. I live to be a part of moments in musical history like this.

wow. I hope all the people who attended this show know what gift it was from the universe. Damn! I'm blown away by the epic Las Brers...

Les Brers had zero vocals, it was an instrumental and I was at this show and the following night too.

Don't recall much other than we all had a fabulous time screamin and dancin.
