Re; " there must be somemore out there" there is a good quality boot of one of the 2009 gigs at Ronnie Scotts. I was there and picked it up the next week in London. All the best.

In your concert summary you only mention his 2 Epic LPs from the 60's and his "come-back" attempts in the 90's. He also put out one of the greatest obscure classics of the 70's, "River" on Atlantic Records (1973); "Seed Of Memory" on ABC Records(1976); and "Rogue Waves" on Capitol Records (1978). All 3 of these are well worth seeking out, especially "river". He also wrote all the songs on these albums except for 4 covers on "Rogue Waves". Great to hear this concert so early in his career.

They fell?Your livin in an alternate reality ian. They quit because their drummer died and they still sold zillions of records after that.Yea one of the biggest money making bands of all time. They fell all the way to the bank.Hell they owned the bank. You can say you dont like em which is fine but your showing your ignorance saying they fell like a led zep.I dont like your American Idol pre planned and canned music either

Believe it or not, TR was one of my fave acts in the late 60'. Saw them play 2 or 3 times at the Fillmore East and MSG. Remarkable voice an a great presence, I think they were primarily hurt by absence of original material. Too bad for music! Too bad for fans!

I never heard this before now ( April 6 2010 )....this guy could plug right into led Zeppelin.....very similar to Janis Joplin, what would it be like to hear those two sing together?? i like the whole band...they could of become big too, if they had original songs......what makes this so good is it's real.................

Terry Reid was a great talent in his own right...As to his so called missed oppurtunities..well...Does everyone need to achieve so called financial success to realise there potential..This man had the ability to deliver emotian thru his voice..better than most..Tell you what ..when you see him in concert..Never looks much like he aint doing what he wants

I saw Terry at the Bottom Line in NYC in the mid seventies. A great talent that got lost in his own shuffle I guess.
