SRV was good but listen to Terry Kath, It is quite possible that Terry Kath was the greatest technical player of all time. Jimi Hendrix said and I quote" I am good, but this Cat blows me away"

A great show from SRV's (relatively) early period. This is presented as "the bulk" of this set from the King Biscuit recording, but actually is missing Lenny, Rude Mood, Tell Me and In The Open which all followed Third Stone. For those looking for the complete set, it's available on several live music sites.

'Austin City Limits', (specifically the 'Voodoo Chile'). If your jaw isn't on the floor at the end, you might as well go listen to Mr. Rogers. he was awesome on ACL

SRV - THE GREATEST GUITAR PLAYER OF ALL TIME!
I was lucky enough to see him in concert about a month before he died. No one will ever top him or the unbelievable sound coming from his Fender Stratocaster. God Bless SRV!

SRV from '83! The tour. 'Voodoo Chile'. Play air guitar to that if you dare. Go watch the PBS video from 'Austin City Limits', (specifically the 'Voodoo Chile'). If your jaw isn't on the floor at the end, you might as well go listen to Mr. Rogers.
