    Yes! Saw him in SF many times in the 70's. Powerful rendition of "Jackson-Kent Blues" indeed. Stevie has the chops and a great band.

    I have seen Steve Miller and the band several times now. He never fails to please you with his setlist. Sure, you will hear "ungle Love"and "ly Like an Eagle" but it's the little know blues jams or the seldom played deep cut from his catalog that will show you exactly who he is.

    When I was a youngster a friend used to bend my ear about what a great band this was; frankly, I couldn't hear it then - but this set (and its fellow) provides the best possible efvidene that he was right and I was wrong! It's one of the vault's very best - seriously!
