As they're traveling through America's heartland, bands take two hours out of their travels between shows to stop in for a Daytrotter Session at Futureappletree Studio One in downtown Rock Island, IL. In addition to recording, many of the bands stay long enough to play a gig for Daytrotter. Most shows happen in Huckleberry's Pizza Parlor just below the recording studio, while others take place in nearby cities.
