The band released two albums, one in '67 and another in '68, and two additional albums were released under the name Lovecraft. Their sound has been called everything from hazy "gothic psychedelic" rock to garage folk and was certainly imaginative. Songs like "At the Mountains of Madness," "White Ship" and "Keeper of the Keys" all contain references to author Lovecraft's short stories. Truly a product of their era, H.P.
