Bob Marley and the Wailers was formed in 1974. The band included Marley, the Barretts, keyboard player Bernard "Touter" Harvey, and lead guitarist Al Anderson, with backing vocals by the I-Threes. The I-Threes consisted of Marcia Griffiths, Bob's wife Rita Marley and Judy Mowatt.
