Here's a sampling of some of the heaviest, loudest, and rockingest metal on the site. Take an aural trip with the Black Sabbath family tree, other classic '70s groups, '80s hair bands, and more. To help with browse-ability, the list is arranged alphabetically by artist. Some highlights include Randy Rhoads playing in Ozzy Osbourne's 1981 band; the thrash metal of Exodus, which is probably the most aggressive music on the site; Joe Perry of Aerosmith playing in his 1980 side project; and guitarist extraordinaire Ronnie Montrose on a solo tour in '78.
