WOLFGANG'S VAULT ACQUIRES KING BISCUIT ARCHIVE, THE PREMIER COLLECTION OF LIVE AUDIO RECORDINGS

King Biscuit's collection of live concerts and interviews make Vault Radio even more comprehensive

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 14, 2006) -- An affiliate of Wolfgang's Vault, the world's premier online site for live rock concert performances and memorabilia, announces its acquisition of the King Biscuit audio archives and all of its associated intellectual property and copyrights. King Biscuit's extensive archive joins the Vault's already huge collection of live-concert recordings, and Vault Radio is now the exclusive outlet for all KB audio.

The nationally-syndicated King Biscuit Flower Hour began radio broadcasting live rock concerts and artist interviews in 1973, and bands and their managers quickly warmed to the possibilities of airwave promotion and national exposure. Using only high-quality recording equipment, the program was known for its superior live-concert sound and national syndication. Over the past 30 years, KB has amassed over 850 rock concerts; approximately 200 live interviews; almost 400 country music concerts, which the company recorded on its separate Silver Eagle brand; and 150 comedy shows. In addition, King Biscuit recorded, produced and syndicated shock-jock Howard Stern's first national radio shows dating all the way back to 1986. The millions of listeners who tuned in to the historic Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Blood, Sweat and Tears, The Who and other concerts and interviews over the years can look forward to enjoying them again on Vault Radio.

In addition to the purchase of the audio archive, Wolfgang's Vault acquired King Biscuit's New York City offices located at 350 7th Avenue.
