I was at that show! Link was unbelievably loud and the amps sounding like molten metal. We had never seen anyone with a pompadour and leather jacket. Right out of the fifties. We totally dug it. I think he was opening for Montrose and they had just put out Paper Money. Link was playing through Ronnie's wall of Ampegs. Great show.

I saw Link a few years ago in my hometown i sure as hell would have loved seeing this show with my main guitar man John Cipollina joining the band at the end those were some lucky people that night.

I was there, and am eager to listen again. I thought at the time Link was at the top of his game, and when Cipollina came out near the end, it was just wonderful. I'm not sure this is the full concert, but I don't have a setlist to prove it.

Fun Show! It was one of Bill Graham's $2.00 Tuesday shows I believe.Link seemed nervouse as heck, tooth pick in his teeth. Great show, and John Cipollina playing with his hero, what fun!
