    I love Lightnin' Hopkins so much. If you ever get a chance, pick up an old album called "Lightinin' in New York." Also a solo performance, and, in addition to playing guitar, he also plays some piano, sometimes playing BOTH AT THE SAME TIME--he actually sat on the piano bench with his guitar, switching back and forth. The recording quality is excellent, too.
    These Ash Grove sets are such a nice addition to the Vault--well done. One wonders if there are any recordings around from some other legendary venues--the Boston Tea Party, the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, the Troubadour in West Hollywood--not to be greedy...
