maybe if he hadn't left the rolling stones, he might have lived? (it's a nice thought, anyway)

Yoko is really awesome. She can't sing but her art and avant garde music is pretty interesting. Anyone who still thinks she broke up the Beatles isn't a well read Beatles fan. The Beatles broke themselves up and it's well documented. Also I respect for taking good care of the Lennon estate after John passed.

well everybody else has an opinoin on yoko i may as well stick mine in here, i've got nothing against her as a person but she should never have been let anywhere near a mic at a rock show but they do say love makes you blind or in john's case deaf as well!for me it was the musical influence she had over him, why? one of rocks pioneers taking his cues from a nobody in that field, that's what's always bothered me about lennon,he was so easily controlled and really lost any kind of independence his style had, i can't imagine linda mac telling paul you're going to drop all these song and concentrate on this and macca saying yes dear.my favourite thing to show yoko's judgement was when cheap trick were bought into the session by jack douglas for the last album and producing what were probably the best songs out of the sessions she told john that they were only there to ride on his coat tails and to drop them, the fact that they were number 1 around the world at the time had nothing to do with it,good call there again yoko!

Why didn't that japanese junkie over dose while she was busy hooking john on heroin - Imagine what John would have been like without that addict's claws dug into him.

Easy tellin' no rehearsal went into this gig. However, it's still better than 99% of the current crap out there today.
