Foreigner was a band assembled by studio guitarist and label A&R man, Mick Jones, after he received favorable response to a demo tape of new material he had sent to various NY labels. Foreigner's 1st album was one of the best from any group ever but after that they were very dissapointing. Juke box hero is shit!

I have been following Foreigner since there very first album. I am still seeing them in concert today. Simply some of the best music and concerts ever created in rock history. I wish time stayed still but it doesn't so this stuff really brings back the memories for me......

I bumped into Mick at a store on Sunset Strip a while ago while he was on tour with the new singer. Really nice guy; we talked about his new singer and how excited he was about being on the road again. He and I bought the same pair of New Religion jeans. Every time I put them on I imagine I can fill an arena with earth shattering guitar! These Foreigner concerts from "back in the day" are real treats. I remember as a teen rocking out to their harder edged hits and driving WAY too fast.

I WAS born 40 (or more) years ago. I'm STILL impressed with the groups melodies. I can't turn the time back, but I sure can listen and reminise, with this quality music.

A great concert indeed! Ian made a comment above that the track sequencing is wrong. Does anyone have theh official set list for the show?

was at this show which was superb, everybody who came out after was talking about the new track hot blooded that was done as the encore so why it opens it up here is a mystery, the bbc's ogwt even showed that song from the rainbow the following week and repeated it due to viewers request a few weeks later
