    without a shadow doubt, lou was the best vocalist with foreigner, 2nd best was johnny edwards, who only did one album with them, which was (unusual heat) went to see them back in 1985 with lou gramm, on the agent tour, a great band... pete007:

    Great band in their day brings back so many memories ,great live act saw them about ten times between 1978 and 1995 ,last time was with the Doobie Brothers in Birmingham NIA ,a bit of a nostalgia kick but it worked .Thanks for the memories.

    What a great concert! You still hear every song on the radio today except for Luanne. This is one of the best shows on Wolfgang's Vault.

    Interesting bit of trivia about this time in the band's career. None other than Thomas Dolby played synths on 'Foreigner 4' and used the money to finance his first album 'The Golden Age of Wireless'!

    great concert and shows that the 4 material worked much better than the over produced studio versions,i never understood why they rave about that album,the start of their decline,they were just a great full on rock band and i still prefer the sound of the first 3 albums anyday but mutt has a lot to answer for and the over produced rubbish that followed,ac/dc still sounded like ac/dc,foreigner didn't whatever everybody says,the real fans will tell you what i'm talking about
