Dwayne Story is a friend of mine. I do remember playing this very song
with him in 1993 on Winthrop in Edgewater, Chicago.
Now, some 17 years later, I rediscover it.
Last I heard Dwayne was still singing around Wilson & Broadway.
He autographed a Knob Lick Upper 10,000 album which was part of my collection which was ripped off along with my guitar (Takamine, maple w/spruce)by my ex-landlord. (long story...Law suit) anyway, great song. check out more Knob Lick Upper 10,000.... Mercury Records....anybody see my autographed copy I will pay more than you did !

The slickest, coolest, smoothest picker ever. Check out Doc doing St. James Infirmary if you ever have the chance.
