Crocodiles have come creeping from San Diego's psychedelic swamp, leaving a fuzzed-out rumble echoing in their wake. With driving rhythms, throwback melodies and walls of scratchy guitars and buzzing organ, the band formed by core members Brandon Welchez and Charles Rowell has been grasping audiences in their mighty jaws and pulling them under since 2008. With two stunning lo-fi releases already out on Fat Possum Records, Crocodiles can currently be found touring Europe through the spring. But despite their busy schedule, we managed to wrangle these reverby reptiles into the Vault for a truly unique session.
