    The Experience had Redding, Cream had Bruce which made a difference but Hendrix was way ahead.

    The first concert I ever went to was Cream at the Oakland Coliseum. I think there were two shows on different nights. We were sitting up in the nosebleed section, but I loved every second of it. It's a Beautiful Day was the opening band. I remember my mom driving us up there and picking us up at the end of the show. What a saint she was.

    Surely this version of Spoonful is even better than the one of Wheels of Fire? Ginger Baker's drumming is stupendous.
