Scrapmetal, This was taken from the Amnesty International concert. Awesome line up. U2, The Police, to name a few.. If I remember correctly, Bryan Adams came on right after Peter Gabriel's incredible set. A few of us had taken a bus down from Montreal to see this show. The whole day was awesome. Although, I could have done without Yoko Ono torturing "Imagine" Sounded like a cat caught in a Microwave...My ears are still bleeding....

Well scrapmetal.....if you watch it closer you will see a five piece band with a synth/keyboard player.

Was he a top 40 pop icon? Yes but he had a fantastic band and didnt use programming, synths and backing tapes like so many other 80;s fakes that diluted and ruined decent live music.A four piece guitar driven unit that we need more of even today....BTW i think hes opening for Bon Jovi here-any confirmations or denials from those who attended?

Not bad- I thought these guys were 80's pop magnets, but they rocked pretty good on this show- when they had on that all-star A.I. stadium tour. Drummer pounding away!
