I was there on this night. An absolutely excellent evening with Bro. Boz. Beings nothing live has ever been released (at least officially, I have a "bootleg" copy of the previous night's performance) from Boz during this, or earlier era, I agree that it should be offered as a download. The closest we have is the 1 cut from Last days of the Fillmore. Rich L., living in Michigan now.

For true fans of Boz, this show, or event, (it was billed as a black tie option evening) was a beautiful thing indeed...I know, I was there with friends, and my date was with the equally beautiful Kim Valencia. We are all quite middle aged now, and growing up in the Bay Area, which offered so much in the way of venues and outstanding music, the marvelous Paramount theater framing this memorable eve remains a standout for me, absolutely special. The music here represents a great period for Boz, showcasing cuts from the albums 'Moments'(a fav), and 'Boz Scaggs and Band' which preceded the commercial (and wonderful)'Slow Dancer'. Love Joachim Young's keyboards, esp. on Downright Women... Let this be a download someday. David S., San Francisco

A few title corrections: "Always Been This Way" is actually "Painted Bells;" "Trying to Know" is "Moments;" "She's My Baby" is "Downright Women;" "Something Has Got a Hold of Me" is "There is Someone Else;" "We Can Make It" is "Pain of Love;" and, "Let My Light Shine" is "I'll Be Long Gone." Thanks for all the great shows, especially this one.
