Just caught Bonnie at the GSR in Reno(3/18) after a 4 year break from the road - let me say when I am 61 yrs old I hope I have half of her spunk and sassy (she attributes it to being sober and doing yoga ) - she flat out rocked the house...... I saw her first in Ann Arbor Michigan in 1980 at the U of M Auditorium - Sippie Wallace opened for her , it was love at first listen ...... Bonnie keep on keepin on !!

WOW! I can't belive I have the chance to hear this concert again. The Music Inn was by far the most memorable venues I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. And Bonnie Raitt the most memorable shows of the many I atended there. As you can tell from listening to the audience alone it was a great place to kick back and drench in great sounds, cheep red wine and lots of 70s weed in the open sunshine and pure air of the Berkshire Hills. I can still see Terry Rondo dancing his skinny ass off front and center at almost every show (somthing only the locals could appreciate). It wasn't uncommon for the artists that appeared on the main stage during the day to jam with local bands in the barn at night. The Music Inn along with Tanglewood very close by made this one of the most formidable areas for concerts in the world at the time (see The Who at Tanglewood 1970). Thanks Wolfgang. Your the best.

Boy, Bonnie hasn't changed a bit. Still giving every performance her all, still making sure that songwriters and back-up artists get their due. Great to hear that it started this early. Beautiful voice, beautiful guitar playing, beautiful person. Love you, Miss Bonnie! Thanks for posting this concert, Wolf!
