I see the guitarist that you think may be Ronnie Wood. If I remember properly, Woody was still with Rod Stewart's band back then. Marley' usual rhythm section back then was Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare.

The video may be a bit ghosty after all these years, but what a performance and what a wonderful set of songs. It doesn't get much better!

Good to see Ronnie Wood jam w/ the ultimate jam band. I understand that BMW picked him up a few days before and needed to borrow some guitars- guess he came along with the guitars- or to make sure they stayed close to home- Thanks for putting up this video!

We never had it so good. Its hard to break away from all the good music. Bob Marley and Co. were putting it out, as usual.

Hey Chief, get out of your instant gratification world for just a moment to thank Jah that there was a cameraman there at all to capture something you wish you were there to witness in person.

To paraphrase, "You can't please all the people all the time.", right Chief? Amazing.

Nice tune, brought to you in stunning blurry, monochromatic video, apparently shot by a cameraman with ADD. What more could we ask?

I was also at this show.Went at the last minute and it was one of the best shows I have seen. They had a huge sound right away and Oakland Aud. has really good acoustics.I could not believe how good he and his band were.Glad I went and got to see the legend.

Really, how do you play an entire concert without having to click each movie?

I was at this show. Truly magical and one of the top concert experiences in my life. I rode BART over from the City on the day of the show to buy tickets (can you imagine?) and got to hear the soundcheck whilst standing in the queue. A tasty precursor of the evening to come! Now if only this show was available for downloading............
