I wish artists would make music like this today. It's timeless imho. Are these songs available on WII Band Hero? LOL

hey folks, sorry for the lack of summaries, but as we're trying to push up the number of new releases every week, we had to dispense with them for select shows. It's possible we'll get around to writing this one up at some point but, in the meantime, this is in fact a segment of the Songs in the Attic album which was played on the King Biscuit Flower Hour as part of a Billy Joel special. We're fixing the date and venue as best we can and you'll see that on the site tomorrow. Thanks for listening and for writing in! -dopeburger

just finished listening to it. i think "yourstupidgame" is right, this is right off the Songs in the Attic album, nothing new. You can tell by the wildly different crowd noise (first song was in an arena, others in clubs)

Yeah, what's the deal? Why no summary? As a long time B Joel collector, i'm not aware of this recording. If dates are correct (which I doubt they are), these would not be part of Songs in the Attic, as they were recorded 1980/81.

This may have been a 1983 broadcast, but this is just from Songs in the Attic, isn't it?
