They were one of these "hidden secrets". Correct me if I'm wrong, but did they open for Peter Frampton at this show? I had Frampton tickets but had to sell them due to a family function. I did see Tears a few times in Warren, NJ at a club called Julios when their 3rd album came out. Talked to Glenn Kithcart that night. What a nice guy-no ego!

Kind of an ELP meets Lee Micheals meets Spooky Tooth, but without guitars...very interesting segue into the era with Craig Brooks on guitar and Glenn Kithcart on drums, and then the ultimate band Touch, that sadly died before it ever had a chance...all great musicians, and some really interesting music.
